I have a demanding full-time job and even though I work at home, I am not able to keep up on my domestic responsibilities. I am looking for a reliable, trustworthy individual to help me weekly; I am thinking possibly one day a week of about 5-6 hours but maybe more to start with until the house is in better "shape. " I would like someone who can help with the following: - general cleaning including kitchens and bathrooms (we have an in-law suite in the house that is not rented out but we use the space for our own purposes). -cleaning out fridges and stovetops (oven section as needed). -basic laundry such as sheets, towels, t-shirts (my husband takes his dress shirts to dry cleaner so that is not required). -changing bed sheets. -cleaning of windows inside as needed. -kitchen cabinets as needed. Other duties that are negotiable, but not imperative: - minor grocery shopping -some minor errands such as picking up pet food, run to the drug store. -help organizing closets, mail (bills) Would need the candidate to provide a police check (happy to cover the cost of this), references, and to be okay with showing me identification for verification. I have two very friendly cats but do not expect you to provide pet care. We live in a subdivision that does not have direct access by transit, but the closest stop is about a km or so away, about a 12-15 min walk. I can arrange for pick up at bus stop and dropping off at stop as required.
