We are looking for an experienced, caring, and responsible nanny to care for our two young children, a five-year-old boy, and a three-year-old girl (yes, they are 21 months apart in age!!) We are searching for a live out nanny who is available to work weekdays (Monday to Friday) with a start time of 8 a.m., and occasional evenings and weekends (date night). Approximately 25 to 30 hours per week. You must have experience as a nanny or childcare worker looking after at least two children. You must love children, and be able to engage the children in activities. You must be mature, reliable, trustworthy, and punctual. Organizational skills and a genuine concern for the children's well-being is an asset. We are a non-smoking household and would prefer a non-smoker. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing meals and snacks for the children Assisting them with using the washroom Bathing the children on occasion Playing with the kids and taking them for walks Reading; phonics; crafts Qualifications: - a valid First Aid certificate; - a valid class 5 driver's license - and are able to produce a vulnerable sector police record check.
