Are you a reliable, hard-working, honest, nurturing house helper who loves children and helping mom? I have two toddlers and a baby on the way. We are looking for someone who has a WORK PERMIT or we can sponsor your LMIA. We currently have two young boys (almost 2 years and 3 years) and are expecting our third child in the summer. We live near Park Royal (a 20-minute walk or a short minibus ride) in West Vancouver. We are looking for someone to help with laundry, meal preparation, cooking, caring for the children, and cleaning up. Mom is usually home and may have a few appointments outside of the home. I'd say the house duties/meals would take up 60 -70 percent of the time and childcare would be 40-30 percent of the time. We do not want our children on the screen while you're watching them. Ideally, you have some ideas up your sleeve on how to entertain and interact with toddlers. We have a lot of toys and activities available. We are looking for a LONG-TERM commitment as we want to give our children a stable household. Also, you must be willing to relocate to West Vancouver/North Shore. Covid is rampant and we can not have you commuting long hours on public transit because of the COVID risk. The vaccine is another requirement, as well as wearing the 4 ply medical grade mask (which I’m happy to provide). You don’t need to wear the mask inside, until the baby comes (in August). ***Please only apply if you have experience managing TWO TODDLERS at once (the dynamic can sometimes be a lot of work and also a lot of fun!)
