We are a multigenerational family, made up of me (age 61), my husband (55), my son (20) and my mother (90). We live in a nice home in Vancouver, large enough to accommodate a live-in helper to take on the full housekeeping duties, as well as some care for my mother. She is very healthy and quite independent, but would require someone who can drive her to appointments and the occasional outing, shopping trip. We would also like someone who would take on some of the cooking and grocery shopping when I am unavailable. We have two wonderful and friendly dogs, who I care for almost 100 of the time, and one older, quiet cat who spend most of her days and nights close to my mother.
