Seeking an after school and PD day nanny for 2 great kids. The boy is 7 years old in grade 2 and the girl is 9 years old in grade 4. This would evolve into more hours over the summer when the kids are out of school. I'm looking for someone who can be available full days during school holidays and PD days. Hours would vary from 17 hours to 36 hours a week. We live on a small farm between Okotoks and Black Diamond. The position would involve picking kids up at school and driving them home. Providing own reliable vehicle is required. Once home, playing with pets, doing homework and piano practice, and starting dinner will be part of the routine. If sports and group activities resume as restrictions lift, bringing kids to and from activities may be involved. Most of the time, my husband or I would be home by 5:30. Hours could be increased based on the applicant's willingness to do other tasks such as pet sitting, errands, housekeeping, etc. We are willing to pay mileage for driving done while working. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, energetic, and fun. We are a busy, active family who likes playing outside, field trips, games, and crafts. Summer will be filled with days spent on adventures such as visitng the zoo, Granary Road, and enjoying the fun of country living. We hope to find someone who can enjoy this time with us and help keep this busy family running smoothly.
