I have two children, 5 years old and 3 years old. They are both very active and love to run, jump, play and be creative. I am a solo parent as my husband is a medical student travelling in the US. I homeschool my daughter and I’m a life coach who works from home. I am looking for someone who: * Can start first week of April. * Can work 16 hours a week. Preferably 1-5 PM Monday-Thursday. * Can travel to Roxboro and preferably drive. * Can commit to minimum 1 year contract * Loves to be outdoors. Will spend minimum 1 hour outdoors in good weather. There are parks and splash pads in walking distance from our home. We have a backyard with a swing set, water and sprinkler for summer, bikes and scooters. * Can plan activities, including movement games, crafts, and science experiments (this is very important. My daughter is creative, imaginative, and joyful. She prefers hands-on activities and does not enjoy sitting still and playing with toys for very long. If given some directions she is increasingly capable of executing an activity on her own. We have a home filled with books, board games, art supplies, and sensory bin materials). * Is experienced in gentle discipline * Can do light housework such as vacuuming the main living area and tidying the kitchen * Can make lunch and snacks * Is ok with submitting your income for taxes * Covid health guidelines: We do have a small ‘bubble' and meet select families outdoors. My family provides childcare as needed. We are not completely isolated. We prefer a nanny who is also careful with a small bubble. I look forward to speaking with you!
