We are a family looking for assistance with our two school-aged kids. Our son is turned 9 in April and our daughter is 4 1/2. They are both enrolled in school and therefore we only require part-time help with the kids. However currently it would be full days with the current situation of COVID. However, we are both shift workers and my husband works out of town, so our requirements differ from week to week. This means we need someone who is flexible with their schedule and is open to changes from week to week. We need weekday, evening, and occasional weekend care. Some of the requirements of the job would be preparing the kids for school in the morning, make school lunches, and walk the kids to school. Some shifts would also require them to be picked up from school, and snacks prepared, and occasionally dinner, bath/showers, and bedtimes. We also benefit from some light housekeeping duties to be maintained while working. For example, empty and fill the dishwasher, sweeping and steam mopping floors, folding and putting away family laundry, dusting, and keeping the house tidy.
