I am seeking a companion and caregiver for my elderly mother. She presently lives on her own in a house in Etobicoke. She has middle-stage Alzheimer's but otherwise is quite healthy. She can walk on her own without a cane or walker. She no longer cooks so a family member goes daily to check on her and provide her with a warm meal. She needs a friendly and intelligent person to provide company and to calm her down when she becomes agitated.
Ideally, at this point, she needs someone in the late afternoon until bedtime. (4:00 - 10:00 pm)
I am looking for someone who has experience and training with dementia patience. |
