My name is Gillian. My husband and I are hoping to find someone who is gentle and patient to help take care of our 3 children. We have three girls, 9, almost 6, and almost 3 years old. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, kind and playful. We are looking for someone who will actively engage the children in play, not just watch them. They love to do arts and crafts, play games, and play outside. Being able to drive the children to and from activities, when they resume, is a must. We require you to have a valid drivers license. We are able to provide a car to transport the children to and from activities. Our home would benefit from someone who understands and practices attachment parenting or gentle parenting or positive parenting techniques. We would hope to find someone who has childcare experience. Excellent communication skills and being able to work as a member of a team are very important. We are looking for someone who will be able to care for the children, and help with household tasks. Childcare would be required for about 4 hours per day. The rest of the time you would be responsible for cleaning the house, doing the laundry, putting away groceries, and helping to prepare meals. This position will be declared.
