Our family is looking for a full-time experienced caregiver to join our family. About Us: We are a fun-loving family in Vancouver; we have a 1-year old daughter and 3-year old son. We would love to find a caregiver who can stay with us for a year or more. We would greatly value someone who has previous experience, loving, and is nurturing. In September, our son will be attending preschool every morning for 4 hours and will nap in the afternoon. You will be primarily taking care of our daughter. By September, our daughter should be having one nap and it would be great if both naps could align at the same time. The Ideal Candidate : - Outstanding references - First aid and CPR and a safety conscious-mindset - Previous experience with baby and toddler is required - Able to commit to the required days/hours, and is punctual and reliable - Excellent at multitasking, efficient and self-directed Responsibilities: - Following strict nap schedule - Making kids meals, plus snacks - There’s a slight possibility you may have to do preschool drop off and pickup for our son (still figuring out logistics) - Laundry and light housekeeping - Planning activities and outings (rain or shine) - Chronicling day for parents - Occasional errands with kids (picking up food at grocery stores) Vehicle or driver’s license is not required - we are close to transit and walking distance from parks, activities, etc. Looking forward to hearing from you.
