We are a warm, professional family looking for care for our smart and sweet 4-year old child. Ideally, looking for someone with experience working with children with complex needs, with a learn-through-play philosophy, and a fun and gentle approach. We live in a house, centrally located in Ottawa by MacDonald Gardens Park and I work from home. Looking for a min of 20-25 hrs per week up to 35 ish (flexible), starting immediately and we would love to continue into the fall and winter, but just summer works too. Covid risk conscientious. Parents vaccinated. Allergic to dogs and cats, so if you live in a house with pets this job is not for you. Vehicle and ability to drive is a bonus. Public transportation during Covid is an issue for us. Job is child-focused and there is no screen time and/or use of phones is very limited. Look forward to answering your questions.
