We are in need of support for housekeeping, meal preparation, and driving kids to school during the mornings, starting as soon as possible. The role will require 17.5 hours, 5 days a week. Below is a rough guideline of the schedule: 6:55 - 8:45 am, duties will include child-related responsibilities such as: • Preparing nutritional breakfasts for the kids. • Packing the children's lunches, snacks, water bottles, etc. • Waking the kids up. (They are pretty independent in getting ready themselves and able to clean up in the mornings). Getting school bags ready - hats, mitts, coats, gym bags, book bags, etc. • Ensuring that the children are dressed appropriately for the weather with outer wear. • Driving the children to school in the morning - Compact booster car seats will be provided (15 minutes route from home). 8:45 - 10:30 am, responsibilities will include housekeeping and lunch meal preparation. Tasks such as: • Ensuring that the house is clean, tidy and organized. • Performing daily housekeeping duties spread over the week which include laundry, sweeping, ironing, kitchen cleaning, and making the kids' beds. Qualifications for this role include: • Being trustworthy, responsible and self-motivated. * Likes children * Attendance and punctual - ensuring to arrive early and on time. • Possessing organizational skills. • Having good attendance and punctuality to ensure that the children get to school on time. • Holding a valid driving license - Safe driver • Consenting to background checks, which will include previous employment references related to character, attitude, and general work ethic. • Any formal training, qualifications, or CPR certification will be considered a plus. An initial paid trial period of two weeks will be conducted to assess suitability for the role. The position is part-time and may turn into fulltime, will be a long-term commitment.
