We are a family of four looking for help weekday mornings from 7 am- 11 am. Our two children are 8 & 12 and are relatively independent but do require help from time to time. The position will involve housekeeping a majority of the time as well as meal prep. Housekeeping duties, various items are done throughout a two-week rotation: 1. Cleaning, vacuuming, dusting the house 2. Kitchen cleaning- Dishes, cleaning inside and outside of fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters, and floors 3. Cleaning the bathrooms 4. Sweeping and mopping floors throughout the house 5. Clean the inside of the home and the immediate external areas (porch, patio, walkways, garden) 6. Gathering, Sorting, Washing, drying, folding laundry 7. Meal preparation 8. Rotate seasonal clothing in closets; maintain pantry and routinely clear out of date and spoiled items. 9. Making/changing all the household bedroom linens 10. Running errands including dry cleaning, grocery pickup/shopping, post office 11. Tidy children’s rooms and closets Nanny duties - minimal as the children are independent: 1. Helping get children ready for school in the mornings a. Ensure they are up and ready b. Help organize clothing for the day c. Ensure school bags are packed (Lunches are usually made the evening before but need to be packed in the morning). d. Prep breakfast for kids if required 2. During summer (when school is not in session), getting the kids outside, walking, bike riding, etc
