We are looking for an experienced caregiver for an elderly couple. Experience with someone with mobility issues and Parkinson’s is important. The traits we are looking for is kindness, honesty, solid, reliability, gentle, patient and a happy, positive attitude – someone who loves caring and working with the elderly. Tasks include helping with bathing, grooming and dressing (for the wife), housekeeping, laundry, preparing or heating meals and has the physical skills to do transfers with heavy lifting. Additional skills such as CPR, First Aid or a background in nursing Both (2) Covid-19 vaccine is mandatory and proof will be required. Criminal background check is also required. We would need references of past employers. We are looking for 5 days a week – 8 hours per day. Tuesday – Saturday would be wonderful.
