We are currently looking for a nanny for our two amazing children: son (5 years old) and daughter (2 years old). I will be returning to work in September in a position working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, so we are looking for childcare for those three days each week. The hours would be approximately 7:30 - 4:30 each day. We had a wonderful nanny who has now moved onto motherhood. We loved how she cared for our children and made them feel loved. We are looking for somebody else to do the same! What is most important to us is that our children are cared for, loved, and get outside of the house to be active, healthy kids. Our son will start Kindergarten in the Fall and will need to be picked up and dropped off each day. The school is not far, but it will require that the caregiver has a car and license. Experience is necessary, with ideally more than five years and some references. We are open to discussing the salary based on experience. It is important to us to fairly compensate the person who fills this position. For a start date - ideally, this role would begin with fewer hours in August and then three days/week in September. This can be decided in further discussions. We live in-between Foothills Hospital and Edworthy Park in the NW of Calgary.
