We’re accepting applications for certified PSWs, new graduates and experienced Caregivers to provide high-quality care for our clients and their families. We are offering flexible schedule, hours can range from part time to full time depending on your availability and wiliness to take multiple clients. Mobile Home Care provides home care assistance to diverse range of clients with simple or complex medical needs, throughout Ontario. We are seeking several dynamic, passionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Caregivers. We have personal approach to both our clients and workers, to ensure harmonious work environment addressing client’s physical, cognitive, social and emotional needs. We are accountable for the care and services we provide and the outcomes our clients achieve. POSITION SUMMARY: Assists clients in the activities of personal care, instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) functional mobility and other activities outlined in the client’s care plan. Communicate patiently and effectively with client, clients family and the team. Note any changes in client's needs and communicate with the team in a timely manner. REQUIREMENTS: PSW certificate or relevant experience Police check (current) CPR and/or First Aid Certificates are an asset Driver’s license and car is an asset Multiple languages are an asset
