We are looking for someone to help keep our home organized during the day and our kids organized in the afternoon! We have 4 boys - 20, 17, 6, and 4. The 20-year-old lives away at University and the 17-year-old will be going into Grade 12, which means you primarily would be looking after the littles. Our current nanny will be leaving us to go back to her pre-Covid career in September and we are seeking someone great to replace her. She currently lives with us and works from about 9am to 6pm. In the mornings (aside from summer) she tidies up - manages the laundry, does basic housekeeping, organizes Tupperware, maybe does a grocery shop or other household errands. She leaves around 1:30 to pick up the children from school, after which they either head to a playground, a swimming lesson or come back home to play in the yard. Sometimes she gives them an early dinner - sometimes they have a snack and we all eat dinner together. During the summer months, she cares for the children full time - taking them to the beach, to their swimming and tennis lessons, and generally just has fun. We bring in extra help to manage the household tasks at this time. We are open to either live-in or live-out. This would be a salaried payroll position, with vacation and extended health benefits
