I'm the mom of two wonderful little kids, a 4-year-old and another who turns 2 in December. My husband and I are both retired Olympic athletes who still live pretty active and healthy lifestyles. My husband Jesse works fairly long days Monday - Friday (730am to 6:30 pm and I work 24 hour shifts with Calgary fire department. Our kids are in preschool/childcare on Tuesdays and Thursdays so we are looking for someone to help us on "some" Monday/Wednesday/Friday all day and potentially Tuesday and Thursdays for just a few hours in the afternoon/evening. The challenging part is the schedule will change due to my shifts landing on different days every week so our ideal nanny must have a flexible schedule. The schedule for the days that we will need help will be know well in advance! But we can guarantee 20 hours every week at a minimum. We are looking for a Nanny who is kind, caring, loves being active, loves the outdoors, and has lots of energy! Our ideal Nanny would drive and be able to help with some cleaning/housework and meal prep on our busy days. We try to keep our lives fairly organized! We would also love this nanny to stay with us for 2-3 years as our kids get older and head off to school full-time. :) We live in Bowness in Calgary very close to one of the best parks in the city and our kids love to run and play outside.
