We are looking for a nanny to take care of our two 4 year old twin boys starting December 2021. We are interested in finding someone who is energetic, patient and compassionate and someone who can play with and our children both in the home and outdoors and encourage their learning and development. Setting limits is also important with young children and we would like the person we hire to work with us to maintain some structure and set appropriate limits using validation and encouragement rather than punishment. Meal prep for the children and light house hold tasks may be included as well. The ability to drive is important. We hope to find someone who feels welcome in our home and is interested in growing with our family. Salary is negotiable. Flexible part time (3 days per week) is preferred but set part time or full time may be an option.
