We are two 30-something year old professionals with an almost 11 month old, bright-eyed baby girl named Fiona. We are looking for someone to occasionally take care of her (approximately 5-10 hours/month). It takes Fiona a bit of time to become comfortable with new faces so over the next few months, we'd like to familiarize her with one babysitter and to progress the amount of time we are away starting with short 1 hour sessions to eventually longer outings (5 hours or more). The ideal candidate: - Is fully vaccinated; - Has first aid training; - Has formal education or training in childcare or is a mom; - Has 5 years or more experience; - Is reliable and responsible; - A good communicator; and - Comfortable with baby-led weaning.
