Full time experienced nanny care for 2 year old daughter and 3 month old son. We are looking for an experienced nanny to watch our 2 year old daughter and three month old son! Care will start primarily for our daughter and we will do a transition to caring for both kiddos. My husband and I both work from home (my husband is in tech and I am an entrepreneur) so we will be here to help with the transition! Daily responsibilities include healthy meal planning and preparation, developmentally appropriate, creative and fun activities, and more (see below for details). Outdoor time (weather permitting) every day is important. Experience with STEM based learning and the Montessori method are not required but an awesome bonus! Our first kiddo is an outgoing happy toddler who thrives around other energetic people. We hope to find someone who can match her energy and personality. Mom and dad are young professionals that both work from home. We have a finished and fenced in backyard with room to play and eat outdoors, as well as a toddler friendly park at the bottom of the street. Start date would be right away and we’re really hoping to find a nanny that can stay with our family until our kids go to school. We want our nanny to feel like an extension of our family! Additional requirements: - familiar with appropriate foods and food preparation for age (proper cutting and feeding techniques) - preparing meals and snacks for our kiddos, as well as dinner prep - comfortable following a schedule for a toddler and infant (sleep/eat/play) - light house work such as dishes, tidying, stripping beds, laundry, errands, etc. We have a weekly house cleaner so any house work would just be light duties. - must have a driver’s license and your own vehicle - up to date with modern parenting and disciplinary practices - must be pet friendly, we have two very friendly dogs - police check - first aid and cpr certified - we own a vacation home in Mont Tremblant and support while we are there would be a bonus Nice to haves: - Child education training or certification - Food safety certification COVID: - must be fully vaccinated - must be following strict provincial and local COVID guidelines and restrictions - generally extremely cautious with regards to COVID exposure
