Hi, I am looking for someone who can take care of my elderly parents. My father has late-stage Parkinson's which has led to Ortho Static Hypertension. He is a fall risk and has to be supervised when eating due to Dysphagia. This position is available till someone I have hired already gets to Canada in the next 3 months to 1 year. Mom has dementia but is very happy and loves taking care of her husband. My dad has a big personality and has been very social in his life and loves to chat when he is awake. So someone who loves to chat with elderly and respect their lived history and experience would be something I am looking for. Looking for someone who understands an Indian family and is willing to be social and part of the family as much as it is work to care for my parents as I would. Being able to cook Indian food is a bonus and a car to so you can do groceries and pick up food from a caterer close by. I have put a salary my parents can afford on their pension. But I am willing to negotiate to a certain extent. Thank you.
