Loft style apartment, 1600 square feet with a mezzanine area that is infrequently used. Looking for an experienced housekeeper (min 5 years) to come every week for 4-5 hours each visit. Duties include cleaning floor, kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom, washing and folding laundry and occasional ironing. Must speak English and be highly organized and willing to take initiative (i.e. proactively find dust, clean hard to reach areas from time to time, organize drawers and cabinets). Willing to pay $20/hr, possibly negotiable with degree of experience.
