Hi! We are currently hiring for a part-time position. My Mother has dementia and we are looking for someone to provide assistance to my Dad. This job would involve respite care for Dad, companionship for Mom, light housekeeping duties, and possibly assistance with bathing. Mom is fully mobile and communicates clearly. We are looking for someone 3 days/week, for 5 hours/day. The days themselves can be discussed. Proof of Covid vaccination is required. My dad is very involved and active in caring for Mom but needs additional support in order to do this on a continual, long-term basis. They live in Ladner. They also have an older Black Labrador dog, very friendly. We would like to find someone who has experience caring for seniors and has experience with dementia.
