Hi There! I'm looking for someone to come to our home during the day (not night) on Tuesdays & Thursdays for 5 hours each day. You must love dogs (I have two really friendly ones) and a cat (who you may never see)! My children are at school/daycare so there is no childcare needed, but you'd need to like kids too incase they are home one day! I am looking for someone experienced in cleaning. We have an amazing cleaner who does a deep clean for us on Saturdays. What makes her great is that she's fast, yet thorough. I realize speed comes with time, you will need to get to know the house first, but efficiency is important to me. Here's an idea of what a day looks like: Indoor Laundry: Wash daily as needed. Hang, fold, iron as needed, put away. Tidy/declutter all living spaces: bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces (Make beds, tidy countertops, toys, etc.) Kitchen: Wipe down countertops, empty/fill dishwasher Vacuum hardwood floors on main floor (upstairs and basement not needed) Daily pet Care: -Scoop out poop in cat litter box 1X per week, add new litter 1X per month -Feed and change and wash pet bowls -Vacuum/tape roll/clean couches -Clean back patio window glass as needed -Clean main floor powder room -Laundry Room: Wipe down counter, clean inside of washer and dryer where detergent goes, wipe excess detergent in cabinets as needed -Empty kitchen garbage, compost, recycling at the end of each day. Break down any boxes and recycle. Bring outside to bins -Bring bins to the street every Tuesday, at end of shift Outdoor Wipe down all surfaces (summer only) Put away any pool toys (summer only) Fill towel bin with beach towels (summer only) Clean bathroom 1X per week (summer only) Hose down pool fence (summer only) Pick up dog poop (year round) Water planters each day (summer only)
