Hi, I am a young entrepreneur who lives alone. No pets and no kids yet. I love people and I have a very busy schedule. For that reason, I am almost never home. I like it very clean but I have no time to do it. For me, my condo is like a hotel. Everything needs to be clean and in the right place when I come back from work. I am looking for someone full-time to help with my condo and two other locations: my grandmother’s condo and my office. Most of the work is to be done at my condo. Postal code H2S 1J6. It is a regular size. 1 bedroom and two bathrooms. I need my condo to be done every day. 5 days per week during the morning and/or afternoon. Indoor parking is available. When it comes to my home, I am a little picky. I am looking for someone: - energetic - meticulous - organized - high attention to detail - resourceful who can come up with her own solutions To help with the following: - Regular home cleaning - Laundry. I am very picky with this one. I need someone who has experience with washing high-quality materials that are sensitive, for example, cashmere. Someone who knows how the adjust the machine to the right settings and follow the instructions on the tags of the clothing - Ironing of clothes. Same as laundry, I am also very picky. Experience in ironing high-quality materials that are sensitive and knows how to adjust the iron to the right settings - Putting away of clothes - Grocery shopping and household errands - Bed making, linen changing - Meal preparation. Healthy meals. Familiar with healthy cooking techniques and able to work with / follow new recipes. (Optional but big plus) - Routine maintenance cleaning of appliances: inside of fridge and oven, laundry washing machine, dryer lint screen, changing filters of air conditioning system or central vacuum, decalcifying of clothes iron, etc. - Etc. For my office: It is downtown Montreal. Postal Code: H3H 1R7. Parking available. Approximately 9-10 rooms to clean and a small kitchen. No bathroom. Regular cleaning: Dusting, disinfecting of surfaces, dishwasher, vacuum, mop. Employees start to arrive around 8:30 am and leave at 5 pm. Cleaning needs to be done outside of those hours. During weekends, it is possible to go at any time. The office only needs to be cleaned once or twice per week. My grandmother’s condo: She is 81 years old. She is very energetic, funny, and loves people but her back hurts, and has trouble keeping her condo clean. It is a regular size condo. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Free street parking is available. It needs to be done once or twice per week maximum. During morning or afternoon. If you have experience in eldercare and can help her take a shower, it is a plus but not necessary. I supply all equipment and products. Driver’s license and vehicle required. Possibility to arrange that I pay the fuel.
