I am looking for someone who knows how to establish a routine and who is organized with some ability to help with homework. I am an RN that works shift work. Full days or full nights. That means occasionally I would need a sleepover either starting from 6:30 PM or 10 PM. With waking the children up and getting them ready for school. When I work days I need morning start at 7 am and school drop off and after school pick up with after school care till about 7:30 pm or 8 pm. Occasionally there will be a half-day needed on the weekends or full days (10-12hrs) Occasionally Weekend nights but shift ends in the AM when I get home around 7:30 am or 8 am. I have 2 boys ages 6 and 9 that need help with routine and homework. Great kids but sometimes need to be apart if found fighting over silly things. Love and Hate relationship. I also have a 12-year-old that does not need care. He makes his own meals sometimes and would only need some supervision in the kitchen when he does. OK, generally he may ask for some math help too. I hope this suits someone out there that is a quick learner and a good communicator That has flexibility for these types of shifts.
