After my stroke in January this year I need help with household chores etc I am generally fairly mobile but my left arm is still paralyzed, the left leg works somehow. I need help shopping sometimes clothing a bit and for showering washing and towelling my back everything else I take care of myself very self-contained so no accidents on a general note going to the washroom myself.. I am 62 years old and live in my motorhome.
