We are looking for a part time babysitter (1-2 nights per week) for our 3 year old daughter. She is a wonderful, high spirited girl who needs to be kept active and engaged to be happy. She loves playing pretend and being creative. We need someone who can be 'more fun than we are' so that when we go out, she is looking forward to spending time with you. There is no harsh discipline in our home, only positive behaviour management (such as redirecting and explaining why something is a problem). A happy personality it a MUST when working with our family. We also need someone who can drive and drive her/take her on outings and pick her up from her dayhome if needed.
