We are a professional couple looking for a loving, caring, responsible and experienced nanny to care for our child, a very happy 9 year old girl. You will be a nanny with at least two to four years experience in nannying, child care or au pair work. You must love children and be mature, reliable, trustworthy, and have patience and be very playful. A teaching background is helpful as we homeschool. Experience work with special needs children is also an asset. My daughter is on the spectrum but functions at a high level. The position is for Full time 5 days a week, 35-40 hours. Live out is preferred but can also be a live in position. We currently live in Coquitlam. Looking for a long term Nanny to join our loving family. Your responsibilities will include: Helping with school work Arts and Crafts Play dates Preparing meals and snacks Washing and drying clothes as required Playing with the child and taking them for walks Reading Life skills Some cleaning and general housekeeping laundry preparing meals for the family Helping with appointments when needed Having a current First Aid certificate, CPR certificate, Working With Children, and police check certificate.
