My husband and I are the very proud parents of twin boys, who are now 8 years old. We are a professional couple living in London, Ontario, close to Masonville mall. My husband is a physician and I am a psychologist. We are looking for someone to help care for our children, as well as help to run the household. This position includes caring for my boys, as well as helping me keep the household running smoothly (i.e. getting the boys ready for school, cleaning and organizing the house, grocery shopping, and some meal preparation). If you like to cook or bake, this would be absolutely wonderful and really helpful (but not required). I am happy to do the cooking. Ideally, I could use help in the morning to make breakfast and pack lunches, and get the boys off to school. So this shift would start at 7:30am. You could then leave by 9 or 9:30 if you wish, or stay and clean until 10:30 or 11 or 11:30 in the morning. The next shift would begin at around 3pm (until anywhere from 6pm or 7pm). I am flexible with the hours and days that you work, so we can sort out the schedule when we talk. We would also love help on the weekends, if anyone is open to that, with flexible hours. Cleaning the house can take place whenever it is convenient for you, any time or day of the week. I would like to stress that I am looking for someone for the long term. The hours may fluctuate in accordance to your schedule as well as our needs, but it is our hope that the nanny we hire is with our family over time. We are not looking to hire someone for the short term. We are hoping to find someone to become part of our family.
