I've been a support worker for 4 years. I started my career at Binkadi Community Services working with at-risk youth. My duties there included providing healthy meals, assisting with with emotional regulation, medication administration, and crisis de-escalation. Afterwards I worked for Community Living Victoria assisting adults with intellectual disabilities in daily living. At CLV cooking, cleaning, personal care, medication administration, catheter care, and dementia care, were some of my responsibilities. I have first aid + CPR, food safe, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training, SIVA (Supporting Individuals through Valued Attachments) training and a Bachelor's degree in psychology.
