My name is Dora, I worked for VIHA for 23 years at Cowichan Lodge, during my time there I spent 9 years on the Alzheimer's unit doing nursing and activities and 4 years ing the adult day program. The last 4 years I worked as a lie in caregiver for a 91 year old artist. Duties included full physical care, medication, bowel and bladder care, transfers with and without6 lifts.
