I am internationally educated nurse and I worked as a RN (country of origin) .i worked at Tudor subcounty houspital. As an outpatient nurse, my responsibilities included conducting patient assessments, administering medications, providing patient education, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, assisting with procedures, monitoring vital signs, managing medical records, and offering emotional support to patients and their families. Additionally, i handled scheduling appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and ensuring continuity of care for patients transitioning between healthcare settings.i also use to conducted home visit to follow up patients and their progress .
