My journey as a caregiver started in the Philippines where I was registered as a nurse before I expanded my experience in the UK's senior care homes. I am particularly passionate about treating those under my care as family, offering the same level of care and compassion I'd want for my own parents. I am also well-versed in senior-specific care, including dementia, palliative, and Parkinson's care, lifting and transfers, bathing assistance, among many others. My experiences have allowed me to work with a broad spectrum of diagnoses and I have enjoyed every opportunity to improve the lives and well-being of my patients. I am open to live-in or live-out arrangements and am seeking full or part-time employment. Despite lacking a driver's license, I've always been able to ensure I am available and reliable at all times and can travel or even relocate if need be. With my education backed by a bachelor's degree, I can provide specialized support for patients in home health care settings or retirement homes.
