I grew up in Nova Scotia.Ever since I was yoing I knee I'd be helping others in some way. I enjoy walking, hiking, reading, board games, telling stories, especially listening to other people's stories or about their childhood or career .Love learning about someone and meeting one's family. I have 3 grown young sons who are the ultimate blessing, to have raised them . I have over 20 years of experience working as a CCA/Personal support person, mostly in homecare but nursing homes and hospitals as well .I have a wide range of experience from individuals with Parkinsons, Dementia, diabetes, with amputees, seniors just needing help with housekeeping and meal prep and personal care, along with companionship and med reminders .I enjoy assisting with exercises, transferring to chair, wheelchair, bed etc, have experience with manual and ceiling lifts or sit yo stand lifts.
