My name is , from Halifax. As a dedicated caregiver who is prepared to start immediately, I am looking for an opportunity to bring comfort, safety, and friendship to my patients and their families. My services are available full-time throughout the week, during the morning, afternoon, and evening. Although most of my practical experience has been unpaid, I am highly skilled in a myriad of tasks from helping patients with their daily activities: preparing meals, shopping for groceries, maintaining the cleanliness of the home to assisting with more specialized needs including but not limited to bathing, dressing, walking, toileting, and Alzheimer/Dementia care. My educational background includes a Master's degree and I have gained experience working with Alzheimer's patients, Dementia sufferers, stroke victims, and individuals with visual or hearing impairment, fractured hips, and paralysis. In addition to my willingness to live-in, my capability to work with children with disabilities sets me apart from other caregivers. I am focused on providing personalized care routines to foster their overall well-being and improve their quality of life. I envision a future whereby I am making a positive difference in the world of senior and home health care.
