My Patient had Parkinson Disease, He is 75 years old, My duties are: Assisting with personal care like, -Bathing, dressing, toileting, and exercising. -Changing diaper. -Giving medication. -Basic food preparation: -Cooking, preparing meals and snacks, housekeeping, laundry, and other errands. -Massage his arm and foot, because a half of his body was paralized. Second Employer: He has Parkinson in his right hand and Diabetic too. He is 73 years old. I worked with him for 5 years in the Philippines and 2 years here in Canada. My duties are: -Cooking, -Preparing meals and snacks. -Injecting insulin in time schedule. -Checking his sugar and blood pressure every day. -Giving medication - Accompanying him to buy groceries, doctor appointments and any meeting. - Laundry - Light house cleaning. I'm from Philippines. I used to work as a manager in our construction company. And then I study caregiving in my country. And I apply as an international student here in Canada. I finished culinary manangement diploma last May 2021. And I worked as a cook/prepcook in a retirement home. Then they offered me a job as a teamleader/leadhand in housekeeping. They said they trusted me to supervise the housekeeper. I worked hard and do my job as fast as I can. Though I'm a quite person, but when it comes to work I always love what I'm doing. I am a mom of three who loves gardening, crocheting, cooking, reading books as my main hobbies. When I commit to a job or any responsibility that is really important, i put my heart in it completely. But most of my life experience applicable to Adult Service/Care centers around the time when my parents were each diagnosed with their respective illnesses until they passed away.

I am working casually at University of Alberta hospital as a Nursing Attendant, I loved children. I cam to Canada to accompanied my sister who has 2 children. I am pretty much the one who look after them for over a year. I used to volunteer in school tutoring grade 4-6 level.. I do some babysitting to for my fiends and families.. Love music and outdoor activities, I play bass guitar at the church with my husband. I worked as a nursing attendant for 7 yrs..
