I've mostly worked in home care(patients family homes) environments attending to elders who became ill due to chronic illnesses such as dementia etc or just needs a companion to socialize with and taken care of(walks, outdoor visitsetc) while family members are away but in the midst of my stay I also prepared meals when necessary as well as ensuring medications are taken at the appropriate time frame and proper hygiene is executed on a daily basis.
