I am a very fit and health-conscious woman, possessing a wide range of skill sets. I find enjoyment in caring for seniors and those with mental and physical challenges. I have a great sense of humour and love to make people smile. ive been a yoga therapist for the past 15 years and find this training to very helpful when working with people. Ive been a primary care giver for my own 86 yr old mother who required personal care for 4 years prior to me moving back to the island, she now has three staff who attend to her needs. I dont have young children at home and have a fairly flexible schedule.
