Hello, I am Erika, of Chilean nationality. Months ago I began taking care of elderly people, assuming responsibilities such as light home cleaning, exercises focused on joint mobility and cognitive activities. In Chile I am a physical education teacher with eight years of experience, working mainly with people at cardiovascular risk. I have also led recreational physical activities for older adults. The main objective of these activities has always been to enhance the physical well-being of older people for greater daily autonomy. I consider myself a responsible, committed and reliable person with the goal of improving the health and independence of older people.
