• Home Care- Caregiver Eldercare (March 20, 2021- September 24, 2022) - Philippines - Responsible for the personal care of the patient, assisting him on his medical exams procedures to the hospital. - Responsible on preparing his food via nasogastric feeding including his medicines, oro and tracheal suctioning, changing his linens and diaper change. - Monitoring of his vital signs, intake and output, bowel movements. -woundcare and bathing - Physical and Psychological support. • Dubai UAE- Caregiver/Babysitter (2013-2016) - Teaches and guides the child in all matters including technology. - Follow ups and attends meetings regarding his school updates. - Prepares and fixes his things. - Caring and protecting him from harm. • De La Salle University Medical Center- Nursing Assistant / Staff Midwife (March 12, 2021, to July 10, 2023) - Philippines - Responsible in rendering patient care, assisting patient on their activities and related non-professional services required to provide safe and quality service to patients. - Performs delegated nursing procedures within the scope of practice, such as, obtaining vital signs, taking and recording patient’s intake and output every shift, tube feeding including oral medications suctioning, ECG taking, CBG monitoring, morning care, diaper change and assistance during code. - Aids, health education and gives the best supportive care to the patients. - Assist and accompany the patient to diagnostic exams, laboratory tests and procedures. - Anticipates, responds and relays the needs/concerns of the patient/relatives to the healthcare team
