My name is Caroline. I love people! I am a very relational, empathic and compassionate person. I really enjoy caring for people and helping them live their best possible life. I am very efficient and excel at multitasking and managing household tasks. I also love teaching. I have raised three children and used to operate a home daycare when they were young. I am now a mother of three adult children. I have been working with children with special needs for many years in daycare, in-home respite, and hospital (CHEO) settings. I am a certified PSW with 11 years experience working in multiple settings in personalized home care, long term care and hospital complex care. I am experienced to provide care for seniors and clients of all ages. I love animals and walking my dogs in nature. I also enjoy biking, hiking, swimming, tennis, gardening, road trips, cooking, baking, socializing with friends and serving in my church and community too.

I have been working as a Personal Support Worker for 11 years, mainly in Adult & Children's hospitals, caring for patients with varying special needs, medical conditions, with extensive experience in elderly care. I have additional experience in Long Term Care facilities (special memory loss units), home care (agency & private) and as an Autistic Support Respite worker. I have a Personal Support Worker certificate from Algonquin College (with honours), clear vulnerable police check, up to date CPR/First Aid training, and also hold certificates in Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA), Advanced Gerontological Education & Nonviolent Crisis Intervention.
