From a young age, I always wanted to help people. This desire intensified when my grandmother developed an illness, and I had to learn how to care for her. I felt fulfilled every time I managed to make her feel better or assist her in some way. As I grew up, I realized that helping others was my passion. This experience has shaped me into a compassionate personal support worker. I have five years of experience in this field. In my previous roles, I assisted patients in nursing homes, retirement homes, and their own homes to provide the quality care services they needed. Through these roles, I learned that compassion, patience, empathy, kindness, humor, and time management skills are invaluable traits for a personal support worker. My primary focus is on patient satisfaction, and I strive to make a difference by providing high-quality services. Beyond work, some of my hobbies include reading, cooking, and connecting with others.
