Oversee school activities to ensure educational goals and outcomes' fulfillment. Support the accreditation process with the growth of the new school. Offer consistent and compassionate customer service to students, parents, and referral sources Develop programs for enabling school students and families to meet academic goals. Ensure Annual Yearly Progress meetings and execute programs to confirm academic success. Establish policies as per the School's performance management, succession planning, and staffing requirements. • Evaluating the quality of all services and identifying areas that need improvements. • Monitoring the services being provided and staying up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued. • Expand the list of resources and providers to ensure there are no gaps in services • Relay information between management and sales representatives to best coordinate sales and service techniques and improve profits • Manage and supervise hygiene staff, drivers, and caregivers.• Coordinate daily duties by teachers and staff to ensure the smooth running during pick up and drop off of the students. • Manage and ensure the school environment is clean, safe, and conducive for both staff and students. • Manage the general welfare and well-being of the students. • Plan and coordinate school events.
