Hello, my name is Kunzang, a 28-year-old woman originally from Bhutan, now residing in Vancouver. Having grown up as the eldest of five, I have mastered the art of responsibility, respect, and compassion since childhood. It's my natural inclination to take care of others, which makes me an excellent caregiver. Although I'm a newcomer to the healthcare profession, I carry a unique blend of skills, including excellent cooking, quick learning, and a love for interacting with seniors. My availability is flexible; I prefer evening shifts on Monday, while from Tuesday to Saturday, I am open to working any time during the morning, day or evening. My services range from bathing assistance, grooming, toileting, housekeeping, meal prep, doing errands, pet care to specific duties like patient positioning, giving injections, and attending to Parkinson's disease patients. I am also capable of handling tasks related to lifts and transfers. I am comfortable in a variety of settings, be it a clinic, hospital, or in-home care. I have experience working with patients diagnosed with hearing and speech impairment, as well as those who are bedridden. Moreover, I am a fluent speaker of Urdu, English, and Nepalese and am ready to start working immediately. Apart from this, I wish to give assurance that I have a clean police record and am a non-smoker. Importantly, I assure you of my ability and willingness to work with children having disabilities. My preferred employment is part-time, live-out arrangement in the roles of caregiver, companion or personal support worker depending upon your needs.
