I may not have a degree in social work, but I have gained a lot of training and hands-on experience to make me a well-rounded and effective support worker. I am a mother to 2 lovely boys: 5years and 2 years but they both live in the United Kingdom with their dad and the rest of my family. My family means everything to me. I live every day with ease knowing I have them above every other thing. I do not pass a day without speaking with every member of my family, that is how much they mean to me. I have worked with several care homes in the United Kingdom before moving to Canada for a master’s degree program. I am currently working as an Educational Assistant with the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Division. I love cooking, reading books, taking a walk, and listening to music. I often treat people with kindness because I believe every individual has a gift and value that should be celebrated. I feel fulfilled doing little things for people to help them get by every day. I try as much as possible to carry out a few corporal works of mercy daily.
