Health Care Aide Hollow of His Hands Hospital o Recording and reporting vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse of patients. o Observing and reporting any changes in a patient's condition o Helping patients with eating, including feeding those who cannot feed themselves and monitoring and recording food and fluid intakes. o Ensuring a safe environment for patients by keeping their surroundings clean and organized and following infection control protocols. o Turning and repositioning bedridden patients after every two hours to prevent pressure sores and other personal hygiene tasks for those patients. o Assisting with the ordering and organization of medical supplies and ensuring that patient care areas are adequately stocked. o Assist nurses in administration of drugs to patients. o Washing surgical instruments and bloodied clothes after use. o Helping patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks. o Care of new-born which included scheduled feeding, diaper change, bathing and responding to their needs. o Daily report writing of patient conditions and care provided.
