Hi, My name is Ruby, I'm 42 yrs old, a mother of 2 grown kids ages 19-20 yrs. old. I currently work as Administrative support for a Distribution company. My hobby, for now, I am a partly party planner /decorator for birthdays and weddings. I also have a background in baking. Taking care of Elders is near to my heart as my grandparents brought me up.

My experience as a caregiver ( all around, we called it domestic helper) started in Kaohsiung, Taiwan (an elderly woman has a mental health issue) I taking care of her hygiene, food preparation/ nutrition, and medication for 3 years. Another 3 yrs of experience in Taipei, Taiwan - taking care of an elderly man with Parkinson's- I handle his medication, accompany him to all hospital visits and doctor's appointments, personal hygiene, I also trained to do his physical therapy ( certain exercises) food preparations etc. Here in Canada, I do all part-time jobs of eldercare for both men and women ( in a retirement home, hospital sitting, etc. mostly with no medical devices except oxygen.
