Hello, my name is Forough and I am an experienced caregiver. Despite being new in the field, I am passionate about taking care of the elderly and those with complex health conditions. I am available for work at any time, be it morning, mid-day, evening or night and can start at a moment's notice. As a 47-year-old woman with both CPR and First Aid certificates, I am capable of handling emergencies. I also hold a Bachelor's degree which exhibits my ability to undertake complex tasks. I am open to relocating and traveling for work since I possess a driver's license. I am equipped to assist with a variety of duties including, but not limited to, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, toileting, range of motion exercises, laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and errands. I can also assist in more specialized tasks like Alzheimer/Dementia care, Palliative care, Parkinson's care, and lifts and transfers. Throughout my career, I've gained experience working with patients diagnosed with a myriad of conditions such as Speech Impairment, Dialysis, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Dementia, Cancer, Stroke, and more. I believe this equipped me with the necessary skills to provide diverse and enriched health care. Given my preferred placement of work, I am comfortable working in home health care settings, retirement homes, and clinical or hospital environments. I seek employment as a Caregiver/ Companion or as a Personal Support Worker. I am open to both live-in and live-out arrangements on a fulltime basis. I am committed to providing the highest quality of care to those in my charge. I am not very fluent in english . Furthermore, I do not smoke, ensuring a safer and healthier environment for those under my care. And I am willing to undergo a police check if necessary.
